Reporting Overview

Currently, Property Guard provides two types of reports for an individual property:

  • Weekly Activity Reports

This report is sent every Monday to show you the total amount of listings at or near your property that have been found over the previous week.  This happens every Monday regardless of the number of listings or the likelihood that they are your property.  In other words, this report just gives you estimated listing volume data but is consistent in format and time.

  • Daily Listing Reports

This report is sent every time a listing matches enough criteria to alert you, sent the following morning.  This could be any day of the week, as the system runs continuously.  In other words, this report gives you a lot of valuable data but is not consistent in frequency (this is based on your property and listing volume, etc.).

Currently, Property Guard provides one additional type of reports for a portfolio of properties:

  • Weekly Portfolio Reports

This report is sent every Monday to show you the total amount of listings at or near your portfolio that have been found over the previous week.  As portfolio managers may manage dozens (or hundreds) of properties, this is a rollup in one email.  In other words, this report just gives you estimated listing volume data but is consistent in format and time.

Currently, Property Guard provides specialized reporting for larger portfolios:

  • Custom reporting

Our larger clients enjoy customized reporting, available on-demand and tailored to their specific needs.  If you are interested in learning more please reach out to us.

Examples of each type of report are linked as individual articles.

You can access the reports by navigating to your property and clicking on the "reports" button.

You will also have the ability to view more data related to your property from the two links inside the report view (see below). More information is covered in the related article.

If you have questions about what user type you are, please see the related article on users.
