Tracking Host Licenses / Permits

In some cases, there is a requirement/need for the Property Manager to administer short term rental permits. If you have a need for this feature, please let the Property Guard team know so we can enable functionality. 

The Permits & Registrations section is accessed through your dashboard by clicking the 'Permits / Registration' link.

Clicking on the 'Permits / Registrations' link will take you to a complete rent roll for your community where you'll have the ability to create new permits for a resident/tenant.  

To create a new permit, simply click on the 'create' link and enter the permit number, expiration date and any notes you may need. 

After the permit(s) has been created please follow the instruction here to link the listing with the host.
