Search Methodology

When your property is entered into our system we document not only your address but the physical boundary of your property (especially important if you are not in a vertical asset).

We have written a custom engine from the ground-up specifically for this task.  You can find open source projects that attempt to pull some data via simplified recursive bounding boxes - that will work for some amount of time but will not handle the intense volume that we see daily.
